Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:30 a.m.- 11:30pm and 12:30-3:00 pm

 

Deadline for payment: September 26, 2025; 3:00 p.m.

 

Graduands are asked to bring along proof of payment when collecting their graduation package.

 

 

Academic Regalia and Package Distribution:

 

Academic Regalia and graduation packages will be distributed in the Cafeteria, Five Islands Campus October 1-4, 2025 between the hours of 9: 00 am and 5:00 pm. 

Late distribution (for graduands traveling from outside of Antigua and Barbuda ONLY) will take place October 8-9, 2025 in the Cafeteria, Five Islands Campus between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. All graduands must show proof of payment to collect their graduation package.

Graduates are asked to return the rented academic regalia to the robing room immediately after the Ceremony or to the Examinations Unit, Five Islands Campus no later than October 15, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued by the Bursar’s Office via Electronic Funds Transfer October 13-31, 2025.  You are asked to complete the Direct Deposit Form available via the link: Direct Deduction Form and submit to fiveislands.accountpayable @uwi.edu by September 19, 2025 to facilitate the refund.  Refunds cannot be issued if the completed form is not submitted by the stated deadline.

 

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR NON-RESIDENTS

NON-RESIDENT graduands who will be attending the Ceremony should make special arrangements with the Assistant Registrar – Examinations for return of Gowns/Hoods/Mortarboards outside of the normal period.  You may do so in writing via email (graduation.fiveislands@uwi.edu).  Also, if you are requesting someone to collect on your behalf, please indicate so in writing, giving the name of the person.
