You are required to check with your School to determine whether or not you have fulfilled your programme requirements. If, however, your academic record indicates that you have been awarded in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, and you have no outstanding fees payable to The University, then you are eligible to apply for participation in the 2024 Graduation Ceremony.
If you are a student at another campus who wishes to be presented at the Five Islands ceremony, you should contact your campus for forwarding of your information as follows:

Special Arrangements
Graduands with special needs who require any reasonable accommodation to participate in this year’s ceremonies must notify the Examinations Section via email to graduation.fiveislands@uwi.edu by September 20, 2024. The Examinations Section will make every effort to facilitate requests. Notwithstanding, late requests may not be facilitated.
