    Biography

    Mrs. Ronis Joseph-Browne is a passionate, detail-oriented, experienced registered nurse, and midwife with 25-plus years of clinical nursing experience in both public and private healthcare settings. She holds a Master's degree in Advanced Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine campus. A Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies focusing on Health Education and Administration, Skidmore College, USA. A diploma in Modern Management and Administration from Cambridge College, UK, and a certification in neonatal nursing sponsored by the Guyana Helping Kids Foundation. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Nursing Science and is committed to developing the quality and standards of nursing leadership, nursing practice and nursing education.

    She always seeks to build rapport with the nursing students while developing their leadership and critical thinking skills. She believes in the Collective leadership model and is focused on creating an environment of team building, change processes, and comradery wherever she is called to serve.

    She is also an active member of the Antigua and Barbuda Nurses Association, the Sigma Tatu Tau international society for Nurse Leaders and holds several offices in the church she attends. She enjoys crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family.

    Mrs. Joseph-Browne is s a valuable asset to the nursing profession and her community. She is passionate about her work, dedicated to her patients, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others. She enjoys the quote "If you are unwilling to learn, no one can help you.
